POINT N°1 – Approval of the minutes of the last CP of November 15, after modifications requested by the APPM (no vote and no unanimity, especially for fee increases)
POINT N°2- Elections to the CLUPP take place every 5 ans: 3 elected and 3 alternates. Or, there remains only 1 substitute who has become a titular member of the CP, instead of 3 representatives provided for by the texts. It will be proposed at the next CLUPP meeting to choose 2 representing(e)s without voting rights until the next election, in November 2023, so.
POINT N°3- Artimon Nautique continues its activity on the quay of Marseillan Ville with Johann Carneaux who succeeds S.Roblès. Fittings, bicycle rental and maintenance: reopening in April, extended hours, all year.
POINT N°4- Porter (dry port) is taken over by the daughter of the previous manager. More fittings now. The second-hand market seems to be on the rise., the lead times for obtaining a new engine, for example, vary from 18 at 24 month. The exits of the regulars are also more spaced out, the price of fuel being, as everyone knows, on a worrying rise: difficulties to be feared...
NB: It will be possible to refuel in Gasoline only, from the resumption of activity in Faro, nearby, who also changes manager.
POINT N°5- The Iti-Kéa trimaran (a single copy, with folding arms) designed by André Allègre (who lived in Sète), the father of Eric Tabarly's Pen Duicks, of Alain Colas's Manureva unfortunately cannot be based in Marseillan Ville due to a lack of space at the moment to accommodate such a large boat. But the project (Association domiciled in Mèze intended to help disabled people sail) however, remains commendable and very interesting, without forgetting the heritage interest that it represents here.
POINTS N°6 and 7- Two professional Fishing Guides-Sports Educators wish to work in season on the sites of Marseillan Ville and Plage, to meet "strong demand". A contract of 6 months will be granted, to test.
POINTS N°8 and 9- The rental of electric boats without a license is not possible on the Etang de Thau, no more than that of electric surfboards and foils , for several reasons (Fatal accident still remembered, areas reserved for seafood professionals, strong swell but limited power, security, lack of space to accommodate them…)
POINT N°10- Mr. Blanc can change boats in the place he currently occupies with his other boat moored in Cap d'Agde. On this delicate subject of the criteria for the sale of a boat with a place, the drafting of a new contract is coming to be discussed.
VARIOUS INFORMATION- “Escale à Marseillan” (Friday entertainment 8 to Sunday 10 April on the port of Marseillan Ville) We will be present to inform Boaters about the APPM orally if not by poster: you will be welcome(e)s!
On 3 May will take place a harbor cleaning campaign, the greatest participation is obviously desirable.
A study carried out by the Union of Port Cities of Occitanie, which therefore concerns us in the first place, highlights "the ageing of boat owners" (sic), the "departure of the smallest units that must be anticipated to bring in requests from the higher category" and wishes to see entertainment offered to boaters to encourage them to practice.
In Tabarka we can finally benefit from 200m2 in agreement with the Agglo. Anyone using Tabarka facilities (apart from 2 Pros) will have to pay the sum of €10 per day in order to avoid "excessive presence" of certain users.
P/l’APPM, Claude Bobin
