APPM mussels were delicious!
Allow me above all to congratulate and thank our Chef for his “warm” devotion to the 50kg of mussels sprinkled with marinade and cooked on the BBQ at Aviron Marseillanais with his usual talent. : the day was hot for the guests, it is nothing if we think of what Christian Auquier endured for almost 5 hours in front of the embers maintained by the hand of a master chef… Thanks also to Bernard for his hospitality and to the Service des Festivites de Marseillan for his aperitif gifts and the welcome barnum under this blazing sun .
Few 60 participants who often offered a helping hand for the service shared in a friendly atmosphere an unpretentious but tasteful meal, appreciated by everyone: we thus copiously refreshed our throats and the colored ice cubes of Yellow, Blanc, Rosé or Rouge were not the only ones to loosen their tongues...
Welcome to new members who have come to strengthen the ranks of our Association, who we all hope, can thus support, federate and defend with determination the interests of yachtsmen in the ports of Marseillan .
